The Hamilton Township PTAs are organized under the authority of the New Jersey Congress of Parents and Teachers (the New Jersey PTA), a branch of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers (the National PTA). The Objects of the association, in common with the Objects of the National PTA, are:
The James W. Alexander PTA is a past recipient of the NJPTA President's "Champions for Children" Award, one of the highest honors a PTA can earn in our state. We are proud of our active PTA and thank all the parents, teachers and community members involved. Because of the on-going support we receive, we continue to enhance the education and the lives of all children. |
Our officers serve overlapping 2 year terms. For the 2024-2025 academic year, our PTA officers are:
Keri Carlton, President (June 2024-June 2026) Rene Tisi, 1st Vice President (June 2024-June 2026) Jen Mirando, 2nd Vice President (June 2023-June 2025) Jane Hall, 3rd Vice President (June 2023-June 2025) Amanda Fraytak, Recording Secretary (June 2023-June 2025) Dan Griffin, Treasurer (June 2023-June 2025) David Pullen, Corresponding Secretary (June 2024-June 2026) Vice Presidents will oversee committees that are established and will be discussed as the E-board meets and will be assigned based on strengths of each VP.
